Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak periods such as Ramadan, Eid, and holiday seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you by email if there is an unexpected delay.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after shipment
• Flat rate: $5.99 per order
• Free standard shipping on all US orders over $75

Expedited Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after shipment
• Flat rate: $14.99 per order

Overnight Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 1 business day after shipment (order must be placed before 12pm EST)
• Rate calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination

We ship from the United States. Carriers used include USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected service.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations including Canada, the United Kingdom, and parts of Europe and the Middle East. International shipping rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

• Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing
• International orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country
• These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient — The Halal Path has no control over them and cannot predict their amount
• If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, a restocking fee may be deducted from any refund issued

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your delivery at any time using our Track Order page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation email.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We accept delivery to PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses via USPS. Expedited and overnight services are not available for these address types.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

The Halal Path is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and building management, then contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. The Halal Path is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately — we can only make changes before the order has been fulfilled.

Our Commitment

We want every purchase from The Halal Path to be something you feel good about. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to make it right. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for items that meet all of the following conditions:

• Item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Item is in its original condition with all tags attached
• Item is in its original packaging
• Item is not listed as a non-returnable item (see below)

Returns received after 30 days or items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and religious reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

• Prayer mats, tasbih, Qur'ans, and any prayer essentials that have been opened or used
• Miswak and personal care products (once opened)
• Gift sets that have been opened or partially used
• Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
• Downloadable or digital products
• Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or laundering

How to Start a Return

• Contact us via our Contact page within 30 days of delivery
• Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
• We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address
• Pack the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package
• Ship the return using a trackable shipping method — we recommend insuring the package for its full value

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.). In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange clothing items for a different size within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, contact us with your order number and the size you need. If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet been fulfilled. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please initiate a return instead. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order.

Donations

Donations made through our website are voluntary charitable contributions (sadaqah). They are not Zakat. Donations are non-refundable once processed. 30% of every donation is given directly to charity in support of those in need. The remaining 70% is used to fund the production and growth of The Halal Path's free Islamic content and mission.
